You’ll be part of our Learning and Developmentteam who are responsible for sourcing, developing and implementing engaging learning experiencesand solutions that will fuel our growth and empower our associates to developcutting-edge skills. This role focuses on coordination and learning management support to ensure we provide a seamless experience for associates engaging with our solutions. What you’ll do
Demonstrate an aptitude for using learningtechnologies / approaches in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Create and maintain the learning curriculum plan and roadmap for both core and earlycareers portfolio of learning
Lead the scheduling and delivery of our training curriculum via LMS systems
Deliver our corporate onboarding sessions
Leverage insights from data and feedback to identify ways to improve course content and user experience
Manage the supplier relationships and organise internal and external venues, facilitators and catering for Develop UK courses and Early Careers (ensuring valid NDA’s / contracts are in place for external facilitators)
Complete monthly governance reporting for the Develop UK team, driving actions for any improvements that arise from governance meetings (includingcancellation policy management)
Create and maintain Develop UK courses in One Learn ensuring UK course profiles are catalogued and maintained efficiently
Support the Develop UK team with promotion and marketing activities, event management, any mailbox escalations, attending weekly meetings, project managing talent and leadership programmes and tracking budget/spend and validating/processing invoices
What we’re looking for
Proven track record of project management, ability to work to specific tight timelines and changing priorities
Knowledge of LMS systems and experience using learning technologies such as social learningplatforms, or online learning content providers
Ability to build strong partnerships internally and externally, interacting with a range of key stakeholders across all levels
Analytical mindset, able to analyse sets of data and use insights to implement solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational, administration and prioritisation skills
Facilitation / training delivery experience
Experience with learning content development tools, (Articulate 360, Adobe,Creative Suite, video editing software) (preferable)

Where and how you'll work
This is a permanent position based in our Nottinghamoffice.
We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home.
We’re big on collaboration and connection, so you’ll be based in our Nottingham office 3 days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
